127K Miles, Black with Black Leather, Top End & Gearbox Rebuilt

A very well presented example of the classic 3.2 Carrera Sport, finished in factory gloss black with black leather interior. This C16 UK supplied car was first registered on 1st January 1986 by Monarch Porsche in Warwickshire and has now covered 127,905 miles, supported by a full service history and documentation. It has had eight former keepers. Between 2004 and 2016 the car saw limited use, after which it underwent a major mechanical and cosmetic restoration by Porsche specialists HP Motorsport. This included a top end engine rebuild with new cylinder head studs, piston rings, timing chains, all new gaskets, oil return tubes, starter motor, full clutch kit, fuel pump, refurbished brake calipers and new oil lines. At the same time the body received structural repairs including new kidney bowls and new door shut panels, followed by a complete repaint in its original gloss black. The work was carried out to a high standard and the car remains solid and well presented throughout.

A further £8,000 was invested with respected marque experts Francis Tuthill, renewing a wide range of components and upgrading the suspension and bushes. The exhaust system was also improved with SSI heat exchangers and a stainless steel Dansk sports silencer. In May 2024, the 915 gearbox was rebuilt by Zuffenhaus Porsche, and a major service was carried out cat the same time, with an invoice on file for £6,000. Only 196 miles have been driven since.

This 3.2 Carrera Sport drives superbly, with a strong engine and rebuilt gearbox. The paintwork presents beautifully, and the interior retains its original feel, showing only light, honest wear consistent with age and use. A Momo Prototipo steering wheel has been fitted along with and new Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 stereo offering bluetooth functionality. The car retains its original refurbished 16 inch Fuchs wheels with premium Continental tyres. Overall a well sorted 3.2 Carrera Sport in desirable Black with Black specification and significant recent mechanical investment. Current MOT valid until May 2026 with no advisories. The car is supplied with the original book pack, stamped service book, tool kit and two keys.
