1983 AC 3000ME

A very original 25,800 mile AC 3000ME once owned by Derek Hurlock.

HISTORY

Chassis 154 was registered in May 1983 and was then registered to William Derek Hurlock (the owner of AC cars at the time) in May 1986 and kept by him until June 1987. In total there have been seven previous owners and we have documents to show who all those people were. If you like history this car will not disappoint, it comes with 10 full folders full of paperwork! This car spend a good 10 years in Switzerland and that owner estimated a spend of around £20k in that time, all documented. Once back in the UK some more money has been spent to finesse the car and it now drives beautifully and reliably. Current mileage is 25,800 and believed to be genuine. The current MOT is valid until April 2026 with no advisories even though the car is tax and MOT exempt and is registered on the V5C as a Historic Vehicle.

White with black cloth, Wolfrace alloy wheels, full size spare wheel and tyre, sunroof with cover, 5 speed gated manual gearbox, period radio, factory fitted built in roll cage, all round independent suspension, twin fuel fillers, pop up headlamps, adjustable steering wheel, electric windows, front fog lights.

CONDITION

Lovely glossy paint all-round with some marks and chips around the very original factory finished bodywork (it recently won an award for most original car at an AC show), alloy wheels in excellent original condition including centre caps, excellent 2020 dated Michelin tyres with plenty of tread all-round, lovely interior with just light wear to the carpets and seats but again very original.
