A full-on rally Mini with huge specification, 1340cc engine and road legal.
HISTORY
When the previous owners genuine Mini Cooper S was written off, a 1966 Mini 850 was sourced, restored and converted to a Monte Carlo rally car replica and had all the genuine Cooper S parts that were salvageable added on. The engine was rebuilt and expanded to 1340cc and a new straight cut gearbox fitted. We have a pile of 10 old MOT certificates back to 2008 and the car will come with a new MOT for the next owner despite it being tax and MOT exempt. The V5 shows just 5 previous keepers. It’s important to note this car is not suitable at present for competition but wouldn’t take much to make it so. Previously sold by us.
