History & Origins

Manufactured in 2003 by Westfield Sportscars, the XTR2 was developed as a no‑compromise bike‑engined track car. Designed around the powerful Suzuki Hayabusa GSXR1300 engine and featuring a bare‑bones tube‑frame weighing around 410 kg, it gained recognition for its unmatched power-to-weight performance in the early 2000s. This particular example spent its initial life in France, logged just 5900 miles, and has recently been re‑registered in the UK to take full advantage of British motorsport opportunities.

Track & Event Eligibility

This XTR2 is eligible for sprint and hill climb competition in the Westfield Sports Car Club Speed Series, and circuit racing in the 750 Motor Club Sports 1000 class. It also suits informal track days and supportive club runs across the UK.

With minimal mileage and careful use, this XTR2 is ready for immediate track engagement. Light, nimble and uncompromising, it suits experienced drivers who appreciate precision and raw feedback.
