Speedbroker are delighted to present this stunning Jaguar XK150 FHC for sale. Announced in 1957, the XK150 was a radically redesigned and uprated / improved incarnation of the outgoing XK140.

Changes were made to the body, windscreen (now one piece, not split screen) and interior. The XK150 also introduced disc brakes all round and increased power from the 3.4 litre engine. Although the upgrades increased weight, Jaguar off-set this with aluminium panels. All these changes meant the XK150 (although some argued was not as pure as the XK120) made for a much improved tourer that provided practicality and beauty in abundance. The last hurrah for the early XK range, the 150 was ultimately replaced by the Jaguar Etype.

This particular model is a 1959 Fixed Head Coupe (FHC). Finished in the iconic and much loved British racing green, the car started life as a left hand drive for the Canadian market and was registered in the UK in 1992. Between 1992 and 2007 the vehicle underwent expensive works and modifications. The car was converted to RHD, a full restoration was undertaken including an upgrade to the 3.8l engine and a total engine rebuild, and also underwent an expensive and highly desirable Getrag manual conversion.
