SUMMARY

The C107-era Mercedes-Benz SLC is a lesser-seen grand touring coupe, designed alongside the more commonly seen R107-era SL convertible but featuring a longer wheelbase and coupe bodywork. This example is equipped with the muscular 4.5-litre V8, and is finished in a period-appropriate colour combination which includes a rare velour-trimmed cabin. Whilst the new owner may wish to carry out a routine service based on time elapsed since its last maintenance, it would make a natural addition to any collection as well as a stylish and refined weekend cruiser or long-distance touring companion for any marque connoisseur.
