The bodywork is finished in orange and exposed carbon-fibre, with two black Recaro seat pads set into the car's monocoque and matching black Schroth Racing harnesses punctuated by orange 'KTM' detailing.

The KTM X-Bow was launched at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show as the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer's first foray into the performance car market, and used Audi engines as well as respected Italian race car manufacturer Dallara's expertise in chassis manufacturing.
