This Guards red 964 Targa is impossible to ignore.

Not only does it look a million dollars, but it impresses on the road too; pulling strongly through the gears, with superb handling, and that unique soundtrack.

This is most definitely a classic to judge on the overall experience rather than numbers on the odometer.

It demands attention, gleaming from top to bottom. Sitting perfectly on upgraded Bilstein and H&R suspension and fabulous 17 inch Cup alloys.

The interior looks great too; black with contrasting special Z order Can-Can red leather piping for the electrically adjustable Sports seats.

When the most recent keeper, the 10th, purchased this 964 from Adrian Crawford in February 2015, it was a really great example……

The accompanying folder of paperwork contains general maintenance invoices for almost £15,750.00. Furthermore, a digital history printout suggests an engine build by OPC Colchester carried out approximately 13,500 miles ago. A recent leak down test in the Williams Crawford workshop confirms everything is well within tolerance.

Since then, in these past 10 years of ownership, it has driven only a further 2,900 miles.

Registered in August 1992, the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity confirms the production date of this Targa was October 1990 as a 1991 model year, and it was supplied by official Porsche dealer JCT 600 Brooklands.

The desirability of 964 models suggests prices will only ever increase; good ones are getting harder and harder to find.

This is the quintessential classic Porsche; unmistakeable in outline, a celebrated colour, and that incredible air cooled flat six singing its heart out; there are few better ways to enjoy wind-in-your-hair driving.

Supplied with double keys, immobiliser, original tool roll, jack, spare wheel and compressor, plus our own very worthwhile 6 months warranty.
