The AMG GT Black Series is a limited production car first announced by Mercedes-Benz in July 2020, limited to approximately 1,700 examples it was developed entirely in-house by Mercedes AMG and marked the return of an iconic name to the world of super sports cars.

The car exuberates adrenaline with its handcrafted AMG 4.0 litre V8 biturbo ‘flat’ crankshaft engine, it’s the most powerful to date of any V8 AMG, it produces 730 hp, an impressive 197 hp more than the standard AMG GT. It allows a top speed of 202mph, standstill to 60mph in 3.1 seconds and a 0-124mph of under 9 seconds. The high-performance flagship model that stands as one of the most extreme road cars Mercedes-Benz has ever produced. Introduced in 2020, it represents the pinnacle of AMG’s engineering and craftsmanship, combining cutting-edge aerodynamics, track-focused performance, and aggressive styling.

The magma beam Orange  finish was introduced as the exclusive launch colour for the AMG GT Black Series. This vibrant, high-energy shade complements the car's aggressive design and makes it instantly recognizable on the road or track. The bright, fiery orange with a glossy finish, enhanced by light-reflecting metallic flakes. Contrasted by matte black accents, including the grille, front splitter, roof, rear wing, and side mirrors. The color underscores the track-ready nature of the Black Series, offering a bold visual statement that highlights the car’s extreme performance potential.
