Range Rover P38 Holland & Holland. Registered on the 28th February 2001 by Guy Salmon of Coventry, this example is 1 of 100 UK examples and 1 of only 20 with the rear TVs and VHS player fitted. Built in collaboration with the famous London gun maker Holland & Holland, these special edition vehicles were based on the Vogue model of the time, but were finished in the model specific Tintern Green metallic.
They also featured a unique interior with model specific carpets, interior plastics, and walnut inlays inspired by the walnut of a shotgun stock. Walnut picnic trays were also included, along with a kit to turn the boot floor in to a mobile picnic table with cover. U.S.A variants had the matching gun cabinet but this was a special order in the UK and rarely seen.
This example is highly original retaining its original model specific mats, boot liner and picnic table setup. The paintwork is in extremely good order throughout, and the interior retains much of its original finish with minimal wear. All systems appear to work correctly with the exception of the heated seats which is common on a P38. The cruise control and HEVAC system works as they should which is unusual!
We have known this car since 2018 and have had the pleasure of selling it to the last two owners. It had a new headlining in 2018 when we first prepared it for sale, and this still presents perfectly today. The last owner spent approximately £10,000 on the car recently with many minor issues addressed including numerous new gaskets to address oil leaks, new air suspension bags, brake lines, hubs, track rods, ball joints, together with the fitting of a stainless steel exhaust system and new tyres. It comes complete with two keys, original book pack and stamped service book (15 services in all). Needless to say it is ready to be used and enjoyed.
