This low mileage 330Ci Sport is finished in the deep shade of Orient Blue which makes for a very pleasing combination with the cream leather interior. Clearly a much loved example it really does present in beautiful condition having always been garaged when not in use. We have sold countless low mileage E46s over the years and the condition of this car is up there with the best. The hood is excellent, the lights and trims are all first-rate, and the paintwork is superb with little more than some minor stone chips to report. All the wheels are completely unmarked and have just been fitted with four new Uniroyal tyres. The car additionally boasts a desirable removable hardtop complete with stand.
The contrasting Light Beige interior has stood the test of time extremely well; the leather retains a matte textured finish and other than a small crease to the driver’s bolster it’s almost completely free of wear. The trims around the dashboard and centre console are all in immaculate condition with only a few very small marks to the ashtray lid; the multifunction leather steering wheel and gear selector knob are also excellent. Everything works exactly as it should including the electric memory seats and air conditioning. The carpets are all spotless and are protected with the original BMW overmats, and the rear seats are perfect. The boot area is also very tidy with no stains to the carpet and inside you’ll find the removable wind deflector and a stand for the hardtop.
Opening the bonnet reveals an immaculate engine bay in extremely clean condition with no signs of corrosion to the ancillary parts and only some minimal oxidisation to some of the aluminium parts. These models are renowned for their excellent power plant which sounds incredibly smooth and provides plenty of acceleration in a refined and comfortable manner. Out on the road this example drives exactly as it should, shifting seamlessly through the gears with minimal road noise and no vibrations.
This car is accompanied by an excellent history and has just returned from a full check over and service at our trusted classic car workshop; four new tyres were also fitted so she’s ready to be driven and enjoyed. The original service booklet is backed up with a file full of invoices and a raft of old MOT certificates. The original BMW document wallet and manuals are also present along with two spare keys, some nice period sales literature, and the current V5C registration document showing only 3 former keepers.
