The last of the pure and undiluted 911 Turbos…..

…..and the last to offer a manual gearbox option.

These first generation 997 are the optimum choice for many Porsche aficionados; a driver focused, unadulterated thoroughbred.

This Basalt black metallic example was first registered in July 2006 to the first of 6 keepers.

Porsche main dealer serviced in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2015.

As part of a large private collection, the car was based at the owner’s holiday home for the next chapter in its life and covered just 2,600 miles in the next 7.5 years. During this time, it is believed that the maintenance and servicing requirements were carried out by the owner, a fully qualified technician, and owner of an engineering company with F1 supply connections.

Previous to its most recent keeper change in April 2023, it had a major service including new spark plugs and coil packs, drive belt, brake fluid plus gearbox and diff oil changes and replacement front coolant pipes was carried out. We have just carried out another service here in the Williams Crawford workshop (October 2024 at 31,080 miles), plus a new MOT.

2 keys and valet key, book pack with service book and manuals, plus a folder of invoices, receipts and MOT certificates presented in a leather-bound ring binder with engraved plate. Supplied with our own 6 months warranty.

The thrill of driving a 911 Turbo, of any generation, never diminishes. Always at the pinnacle of Porsche technology and innovation, you know you’re behind the wheel of something special.

Other Supercars are lairy and loud; the 997 Turbo is distinguished and far more subtle. That is, until you plant your right foot, and the overboost delivers the full 680 Nm of torque, catapulting you up the road from 0-62 mph in just 3.9 seconds, and on to a 193 mph top speed. Smiles are guaranteed all round.
