Powered by a wonderful 3.0l turbocharged V6 producing 285bhp – this is a lively car!
The current owner acquired the car in January of 2017, where it was delivered to RATS (Renault Alpine Tuning Services) with the view to have the restored.
While it was with them, the following work was carried out, but sadly the invoices have been lost:
Engine & all ancillaries removed, compression & oil pressure tested, cleaned and re-fitted
Both subframes dropped for full inspection & repair
Tub was cleaned down & a number of small welding repairs were carried out
All above was rust proofed & then painted
Turbo refurbished
Gearbox checked & found to be good
New drive shaft seals fitted
New fuel pumps fitted while the tank had been taken out
Wiper mechanism rebuilt
Wishbones repaired & fabricated as appropriate

In 2019, RATS and the Venturi moved to J Ashley where a further £35k’s worth of work was to be carried out over the next 5 years.

During the car’s last segment of work, the external body colour was changed from Silver to NART Blue – which we think suits the car incredibly well!
Prior to being advertised, Auto Wax Works machine polished the car to really accentuate just how good this paint looks today.
