2021/70 Ferrari SF90 Stradale in Rosso Corsa over Nero Hide & Alcantara with Rosso Stitching.

The SF90 is more than just a car; it represents a new chapter in Ferrari’s storied history, where tradition meets innovation in the pursuit of ultimate performance.

Widely praised for its combination of extreme performance, advanced technology, and Ferrari’s characteristic emotional driving experience. It has set new benchmarks in the supercar segment, especially in terms of integrating hybrid technology without sacrificing performance.

This particular example, finished in the iconic Rosso Corsa – arguably the definitive Ferrari colour – was meticulously specified with an extensive array of factory options. The exterior showcases a sophisticated two-tone scheme, with the roof painted in Nero, creating a striking contrast with the vibrant red bodywork. Notably, the entire exterior has been expertly protected by Topaz with Paint Protection Film (PPF), ensuring the finish remains pristine. This design choice not only enhances the car’s visual appeal but also harmonises perfectly with the Nero interior and the extensive use of exterior carbon fibre.

Notable exterior upgrades include 20-inch forged diamond wheels, yellow accents on the brake calipers, center caps, and Scuderia shields, and the impressive titanium exhaust pipes. While hybrid cars often receive skepticism regarding their exhaust notes, the SF90, especially with this titanium system, delivers a sound experience that defies expectations.

Carbon fibre is a dominant theme throughout the car. Externally, it adorns the front spoiler, rear diffuser, side air splitters, and exterior sill kicks. Inside, the large racing seats, trimmed in Nero leather and Alcantara with Rosso detailing and embroidered Cavallinos, are complemented by carbon fiber inlays across the underdoor cover, instrument cover, door panels, upper console trim, dash inserts, and the crucial driver zone with an LED steering wheel.

The Stradale’s interior represents a significant leap forward in Ferrari’s cabin design. The driver-centric cockpit features a new digital interface with a 16-inch curved display, touch-sensitive controls, and a steering wheel that integrates various vehicle functions.

This car is also equipped with an impressive suite of optional electronics, including an upgraded JBL Hi-Fi system, parking camera, parking sensors, and Apple CarPlay. The suspension lifter is another critical feature, especially given the car’s low clearance and the nature of our roads – a practical addition that was notably unavailable on the Assetto Fiorano variant.

Servicing has been meticulously maintained according to Ferrari’s 7-year service plan, which remains active until 2028. For added peace of mind, the balance of its 4-year manufacturer’s warranty extends until January 2025, offering comprehensive coverage for any incoming buyer.

Introduced in 2019, the SF90 is a groundbreaking model in Ferrari’s illustrious lineup, marking the brand’s first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).

At the heart is a 4.0 twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with three electric motors, delivering a combined output of 986 horsepower. This hybrid powertrain not only propels the car from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.5 seconds but also introduces all-wheel drive to a mid-engined Ferrari for the first time. The result is a car that blends blistering speed with remarkable handling and traction, making it one of the most capable Ferraris ever produced.

Design-wise, the SF90 seamlessly marries Ferrari’s traditional styling cues with futuristic elements. Its low, wide stance and aggressive aerodynamics are both functional and visually striking, ensuring that the car performs as impressively as it looks.

Inside, it features a driver-focused cockpit with advanced digital interfaces and touch-sensitive controls, elevating the driving experience to new heights.

Overall, it represents a significant milestone for Ferrari, blending the brand’s legendary performance with cutting-edge hybrid technology. It not only honours Ferrari’s storied past but also paves the way for the future of supercar innovation, solidifying its place as one of the most remarkable models in Ferrari’s history.
