1967 Austin Mini Cooper S

  • First delivered in May of 1967 as a Austin Mini 848cc.
  • Later in the cars life it was fully race prepared for historic series and currently has HTP papers valid until the 31st of December 2027.
  • Current engine is a Paul Inch 1293cc which has been dyno’d with 142bhp at the fly wheel and with 111bhp at the road wheels. At the same time that this was carried out the car was weighed coming in at 621.5kg.

  • KAD Steel Shim Race Head Gasket
  • New Valves
  • New top Hats
  • Remove Doors, Repair Hinges & Refit Correctly
  • Repair Wiring & Tidy Up Under Bonnet
  • Replace Bent Bonnet Hinges
  • Replace All Fuel Line – Tank/Pump/Carbs
  • Move Fire Extinguisher & Re-Pipe
  • Replace Pulls & Re-Route.
  • Replace Suspension Cones
  • Brake Fluid Change
  • Replace Breather Hoses & Coolant Hoses for Heater Box

  • April 2019 – 77th Goodwood Members Meeting Betty Richmond Trophy – P15
  • Prior to coming to us for sale Woolmer Engineering gave the car a thorough going through to make sure that it was ready for its next owner. At this time there was a major service carried out, along with a new clutch fitted.
